Return Process

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
